Partner Program & Affiliate Posture

1. The Headline

This commitment is binding under §3 (Forbidden Revenue) of our Editorial Independence Policy, which is the governing source. If anything on this page conflicts with that policy, the policy controls.

2. The GAMB·8 Partner Program (Inbound Only)

Streamers, content creators, and community members can join the GAMB·8 Partner Program and earn a commission when someone they refer signs up to a paid GAMB·8 Tools or API plan. This is money flowing out of GAMB·8 to the referrer; it is not revenue received from any operator, streamer, or covered subject. The program has no editorial dimension because we are paying you to refer our own product.

The program is the only "affiliate" arrangement on the platform. Deal cards, casino reviews, streamer profiles, and the Truth Engine surface third-party operators on editorial merit and carry no GAMB·8 affiliate hook of any kind.

3. Partner Commission Structure

Our inbound partner program pays a tiered commission on gross subscription revenue from paying users you refer. Tier is set by lifetime referral count and never decreases.

Founding partners are guaranteed a floor commission of 30% (Gold) regardless of tier. Rates apply to the full retail price of the subscription. Discounted promo-code purchases earn commission on the discounted price actually paid.

4. Attribution & Payout Mechanics

• Cookie window: when a visitor clicks your referral link we set an attribution cookie that lasts 60 days. If they sign up and subscribe within that window, the conversion is attributed to you.
• Chargeback hold: all new commissions sit in a 30-day hold period before they become payable. This protects against payment reversals and chargebacks. After 30 days, hold expires and the commission becomes pending payout.
• Minimum payout: $50 USD equivalent. Earnings accumulate until the threshold is met.
• Payout cadence: monthly, on the 1st of the month following the month in which the threshold was crossed.
• Payout methods: USDC (Base network), Bitcoin, or PayPal. You choose in your partner settings.
• Crypto irreversibility: blockchain payouts cannot be reversed once broadcast. Verify your wallet address at every settings change.

5. Earnings Disclaimer

We make no income projections, "average earnings" claims, or "potential" calculations on our marketing pages. Any specific dollar figures shown publicly are realised historical figures for individual partners and are not representative of what you will earn.

6. Editorial Independence

Partner program revenue funds part of the platform — it does not buy coverage. Specifically:

• No casino, streamer, or operator has paid for placement, ranking, or a positive review on GAMB·8. There is no mechanism to do so.
• Founding Partners and program participants are subject to the same Truth Engine scoring, integrity caps, and corrections process as everyone else. A Founding Partner can and will receive the lowest Truth tier if the evidence supports it.
• Our casino reviews recommend operators GAMB·8 has no commercial relationship with, and decline to recommend operators where reviewers find against the evidence, regardless of any past or future commercial conversation.
• The full firewall (forbidden revenue list, founder conflict disclosure, ombudsperson trigger, source protection) lives in the Editorial Independence Policy, which is the binding source.

7. Fraud Detection & Clawback

The partner program is monitored for abuse. Conduct that triggers review or termination includes (without limitation):

• Self-referral via additional accounts, shared IPs, disposable email domains, or fingerprint clusters.
• Referral churn rate above 80% within 30 days (high-volume cancellations).
• Misrepresentation of GAMB·8 features, pricing, or guarantees.
• Promotion in jurisdictions where GAMB·8 is restricted, or to underage audiences.
• Brand impersonation, typo-squatting, or trademark misuse.

Confirmed fraud results in immediate termination of partner status, forfeiture of unpaid commissions, and clawback of paid commissions tied to fraudulent referrals.

8. Tax Responsibility

You are solely responsible for declaring and paying taxes on affiliate earnings in your jurisdiction. GAMB·8 does not withhold taxes and does not provide tax advice. We may be required to retain your tax declaration and identifying information for up to 7 years per applicable tax law.

9. Termination & Programme Changes

Either party may terminate the partner relationship at any time. Earned commissions on referrals already in pay status will continue to be paid through the final payout cycle. Pending commissions still in hold may be cancelled if termination is for cause (fraud, abuse, breach of these terms).

We may change commission rates, tier thresholds, payout methods, or hold periods with at least 30 days' notice. Founding partners retain their guaranteed minimums. Material changes are notified by email to your registered partner address.

10. Becoming a Partner

The full Partner Agreement, application form, and tax declaration live at /affiliate/apply. Your IP address, browser, and submission timestamp are recorded at the moment of agreement acceptance for audit purposes. By accepting the agreement you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and that you have read this Affiliate Disclosure.
