1. Operator

GAMB·8 is operated by GAMB·8 OÜ, a private limited company (osaühing) registered in the Republic of Estonia through the Estonian e-Residency programme. The company's registry number, VAT registration (once issued), and any further identifiers will appear in this section as they become available.

The brand name is GAMB·8 (pronounced "gamb-eight"; the middle dot is part of the mark). The primary domain is gamb8.com.

2. Data Controller & Other Roles

  • Data controller (GDPR / UK GDPR): GAMB·8 OÜ, the Estonian operating entity named in Section 1.
  • Data Protection Officer: not required under GDPR Art. 37 at current scale (no large-scale systematic monitoring in the GDPR-defined sense). Privacy questions still reach a named human — see Section 3.
  • EU / UK Article 27 representative: not currently appointed. We do not presently target advertising, processing, or direct marketing at EU/UK data subjects in a way that triggers Art. 27. If this changes, a representative will be named here.
  • DMCA designated agent: dmca@gamb8.com. See Terms §13 for the notice requirements.

3. Contacts

Routine requests are answered within 30 days (aligned with GDPR Art. 12). Privacy and security matters are prioritised.

4. Correspondence

GAMB·8 OÜ operates fully remote. We do not publish a physical mailing address for general correspondence — the email channels in Section 3 are monitored by named humans and are sufficient for regulatory, privacy, security, and legal matters.

Where a physical address is strictly required by a specific legal process (e.g. formal service of proceedings, tax authority correspondence, or a qualifying EU/UK Article 27 representative request), we will provide the registered address of the Estonian entity on request to legal@gamb8.com. This keeps the operator contactable for regulators without exposing a postal address to scraping or harassment.

5. Regulatory Status

GAMB·8 is not a licensed gambling operator. We do not take deposits, operate games of chance, pay out winnings, or hold customer gambling funds. See Terms §3.

Where our tools provide analytical or educational functionality in relation to a licensed market (e.g. sports-book odds, prediction markets, poker), we operate as an information / SaaS service. 6. Sub-processors & Infrastructure

A canonical list of the third-party services we rely on to operate GAMB·8, the data each receives, and the legal basis for that transfer, is in the Privacy Policy §3. A dedicated /legal/subprocessors page will replace that list once our vendor set is stable.

7. Trademarks

"GAMB·8" and associated logos are used as common-law trademarks pending formal registration. Use of these marks by third parties requires written permission — legal@gamb8.com.
