Transparency Report

We publish a quarterly transparency report with counts of law-enforcement requests, DMCA notices, deletion requests, and editorial corrections. This is a trust contract: the report runs on the same cadence whether or not we have anything interesting to share. If the numbers look too clean, that itself is a story.

What we count

Law-enforcement requests — any court order, subpoena, or voluntary request from a government, regulator, or police force asking us to produce user data, disclose information, or take down content.
DMCA & takedown notices — valid copyright notices under 17 U.S.C. §512, Digital Services Act (EU) notice-and-action requests, and counter-notices.
Account deletion requests (GDPR Art. 17 / CPRA §1798.105) — user-initiated permanent-deletion requests and the fraction completed within 30 days.
Data-export requests (GDPR Art. 20 / CCPA) — user-initiated data-portability requests.
Editorial corrections (Truth Engine) — requests for correction, retraction, right-of-reply under the Streamer Content Policy.
Affiliate-partner disputes — partner suspensions, commission clawbacks, and bonus-abuse investigations.
Disputes & mediations — user-vs-operator disputes opened through the platform's dispute system and their outcomes.

Our commitments

Warrant canary. If we have never received a request that we are legally forbidden from disclosing (e.g. a US National Security Letter with a gag order), this section will contain the sentence "We have not received any gag-ordered request as of the report date." If that sentence disappears from a future report, read the absence as the answer.
30-day deletion & export SLA. We report the fraction of requests fulfilled within 30 days. If it falls below 95%, we explain why.
Retraction disclosure. Every Truth Engine retraction or material correction is logged both on the affected page and summarised here.
No selective reporting. If a category is zero, it is reported as zero. We do not omit empty rows to make the report look busier.
No sandbagging. If a category would spike in a given quarter (e.g. 500 takedown notices from one actor), that gets its own callout rather than being buried in a total.

Warrant canary

As of the report date shown above, GAMB·8 has not received any request that we are legally forbidden from disclosing — no US National Security Letters, no FISA §702 orders, no gag-ordered subpoenas. If a future quarterly report omits this section, read the absence as the answer permitted by applicable gag law.

Cadence

Reports are published within two weeks of quarter-end. An archive of all prior reports (with cryptographic hashes) lives at Document Versions. Aggregate figures are reproducible from the underlying ConsentLog / disputes / takedown records on request, subject to the relevant privacy redactions.
